Before the first training session, each new client goes though an extensive set of static health tests including blood pressure, resting heart rate, lung strength and body composition.

These are used for monitoring the client and ensuring appropriate health to train. Then there are strength tests, flexibility checks and various fitness testing exercises. After these tests and an extensive consultation, we are ready to put together the ultimate exercise regime to suit the individual needs of the client.

With a trainer from The Firm you will put yourself in a position where you are able to reach your full genetic potential in terms of fitness and physique. It will be hard work. There will be sweat, maybe even tears. But at the same time with The Firm your regime will be maintainable & realistic.

  • Swiss Ball: huge versatility
  • Powerblocks & bench: all the increments of dumbbells found in gyms on just 2 units
  • Barbell & squat pad
  • Boxing gloves & hand mitts: very good workout, a lot of fun. Women have a particular passion for this one
  • Exercise mat, wobble cushion & rep bands: abs, rehab & stretching
  • Fitness testing gear: body composition, heart rate monitors etc.
