The more time I spend working with clients, the more I realise
just how important diet is. I would go so far as to say that if
the dietary needs of an individual are not met, it is practically
not worth exercising. You will not get the results you want and become
disheartened, (probably blame your trainer!).
Diet is often 60-80% of the whole battle. To put it in perspective,
I have trained up to 18 hours a week, but if I get my diet wrong I will still put on fat weight! This shows how crucial it is
that your normal mortal training 3-5 hours per week eats correctly.
Here again 'The Firm' prides itself on omitting all the hype, jargon
and diets that are a full time job in themselves to achieve.
I know what works.
I am a Guinea Pig. I am a Guinea Pig who has tried and tested almost
every fad and diet in the name of what I do.
As a result I am now able to give our clients the best possible
advice. It's not complicated, it may even seem draconian at first,
but it does require commitment and compromise.
*Exact diets depend on the multiple factors that influence an individuals requirements. In dietary terms, we are all unique
The Basic Rule
No Bread, Pasta, Simple Sugars or Potatoes.
Most people live off a wheat field.
Often a diet which is very high in carbs and low in protein. This
balance should be the other way round. Sadly your average person
in this country is inactive. All the carbs will turn to glycogen
in the muscles, (the bodies natural energy store), then if left
unused turn straight to fat.
Get you're carbs in the right doses, from green vegetables,
fruit, sweet potatoes etc. If you are very active only take your
carbs at breakfast or lunch. High carb fruits such as Bananas should
only be eaten if you have a tough exercise session later in the
day.

Do not eat after seven unless you have to on occasion. If
someone's main aim is to lose weight and they are not willing to
make this compromise, they will always fail to reach their goals.
Going to bed on a stomach full of carbs is the rule people most
commonly break. In my experience it is the most common factor for
people being overweight.
If you have a hectic lifestyle, use supplements. Good meal replacements can fine to use on occasion instead of the meal you find hardest to get right. There are also multiple supplements that can be used to readdress the balance of the modern diet.
Don't think of a new diet in terms of cutting you intake of food, simply eating the right type of food at the right time. The modern diet has spiralled way out of control. Follow these simple guidelines and you will feel better and in conjunction will the right exercise, notice an aesthetic difference every single day.

who is exercising and trying to decrease fat weight.
